Hmm, well that was a bit of a long shot.

Right, my next thought is for you to set up a new user account (not a replacement one, just a temporary one) and see if you can post and edit a new message using that account.

If you still can't edit the message we should then be able to rule out it being an issue with the forum software and it's then most likely a setting on your computer. I don't think your location is the problem, more likely something to do with the security settings in your browser.

I can delete the user afterwards for you if you don't want to keep it live.

Let me know how you get on.

If this doesn't work we can always edit your wish list for you, but I don't think we'll want to get into a habit of doing that.
