LOL yes - strange isn't it that work shutdowns are one of his busiest periods workwise where he works weekends and often 10pm+ on a night

Helen - I will consider the 'bringing them option' but not sure 10yr old boy is quite ready for that!! M would happily come especially if shopping was possible!

I'd love to come and meet everybody at some point though there's always an awkward one... 24th April is my birthday, though York is easier for me to get to so tempting, will have to see that no body wants me for anything first

I rather got the impression that Cloe would be very happy to spend her birthday with us, but just needs to check that family members haven't got something planned for her.

I know OH would be pretty miffed if I wanted to go out without him on my birthday!
